Similar to this I just posted a new suggestion for a voice controlled “restart” function. A feature where you can just say the word “restart” (or something similar) out loud when you want to start playing a song again if you make a mistake. This would be especially useful as a beginner when you don’t wanna lose the position your hands are in on the fret board to click on the restart button.

I’m on level 3 on the guitar and I am having the same issue of remembering songs without the ball and finger positions given to me. I was wondering if anyone on a higher level knows if you start to learn songs independently on the later levels? Or is this still a feature that needs to be implemented on an update?
