can you just add subtitles to begin with for all videos? With current ML tools it's pretty easy task.
1. there are many APIs to make transcription part video -> english text
2. there are APIs to automate proofreading the transcription done by machine learning based APIs.
3. there are APIs to translate english to many languages at cheap by humans. e.g. https://gengo.com/pricing-languages/
so you could transcribe & translate to all the languages gengo supports to begin with. I used their API many times, that's why recommending, yet there are more options to cover even more languages.
for UI parts - buttons etc. It really no much of excuse either to not translate with something like gengo human translate APIs. It's literally 1 week job for not much experienced dev.
Subtitles are real easy way out to all the languages, next quality step is of course voice overs for all videos, which is more expensive, so i understand why it may not be an option, still very doable. Yet i would start with subtitles, while it will put foundational parts like transcription & translated text for voice over actors to make voice over in quality way
can't wait to see Lithuanian language ❤️
