Adding an "ignore octave" mode would allow Nashville guitar tuning as well as Low G and Baritone ukulele support

If the app had an "ignore octave" mode, we could play chords on a Baritone Ukulele as well. Would be an easy way of getting partial Baritone support without having to record new songs

As we need both hands to play the instrument, there's no need (and no way) to allow adjusting the speed while playing. The box can be collapsed when playing and expand when paused.
