To be this is not just a feature, this is a bug. It is an easy fix (you just need to figure out where to put the setting, I am sure you have some ideas about where)
This animations are severely distracting my daughter and removes the fun for her learning (this is not a game application, it is a learning application)
Apple, I am sure probably has some guidelines around the topic for people with attention difficulties. In the iOS device settings one can turn off certain animations because of this.

This is useful:
- you are going to a friends house and want to play something you learned at home
- you want to practice like in the "real world"
- you want to analyze the song, e.g add some finger notations, warnings about difficult reagions, understand better difference between parts.I could imagine, from a business perspective, Yousician might feel this threatens their business model, but from my point of view, this is not the case, I buy the subscription, for the song tracking, guided lessons. I could go online and find plenty of free scoresheets. The reason that I want the Yousician ones, is because I am already training with that song.
I have copied by hand two sheets, but this is really sad and takes a lot of time.

Any options, as long as it is possible to turn off the animation.... consider an initial feature to turn off animation, before embarking on a larger feature like allowing to change/customize the background...or if it is simplest for you to be able to set the background (without animation) that would solve my need of having NO ANIMATION on the background (since it is very very distracting for my and my kid).
