Yes! I've been tooling around with the 6-string guitar combinations and I agree!
Currently we have the option of visually associating fret number (tab) with note as we play. And we have the option of visually associating fret number (tab) with Standard notation as we play.
I think it would help us as learners to see all 3 at once. Standard notation + Tab + notes, as you said.
The capabilities are there, they just need to be roped in together.
