    If you have an iPhone you can do a screen recording with sound. I found this helpful as I could go back and watch the video and see exactly where I’d made the mistake (late, early, missed altogether, etc.) Be sure to turn your mic on when you start the screen recording as well, because it won’t turn mic on automatically the first time you start your recording.
    This is also a great function to use when you want to send people a- “how to video” rather than typing in step by step instructions.

    It would be great if I could look back at a song that I’ve just played, so I could see which notes I’ve missed that caused a dead note in a chord, and to also see how my timing was (late, good, perfect, etc).
    When I practice I try to count in my head and also not look at the song I’m playing; I may think I nailed it only to see that I’d missed some notes/chords.
