The amount of lead in should just be configurable.

There is a problem for sure. For both guitar and piano, at level five or six, the warm ups are still level 2 or 3, absurdly easy relative to what I am otherwise working on. This makes the "Lesson" modules feel useless and a waste of time. This problem is worse when the more difficult levels take a longer time to get through. Why not add scales or some of the many other exercises or songs? Even add new songs, form lower levels, that the user has never played? Why play "Twinkle, Twinkle" at every single warm up?

I am not sure what the above suggestion is, but I do agree there is something odd about the warm-ups that are provided. Often way below current level. It may be a product of the major upgrade. But it should be looked into.

It would be great to automate a screen capture, sound recording, and webcam video, recording a picture in a picture of the user as they play.
This could be as simple as recording a 30 second clip, which could also be cloud stored. The idea being that 1) make it easy for the user to create video 2) it records users progress, overtime 3) encourages social media posting. This could be a premium plus feature and a potential upsell opportunity.Todd supported this idea ·

More generally, the problem is that the "Lessons" are not really lessons in a cohesive and consistent fashion. There are lots of scales and "workouts" but they do not get incorporated into all "lessons" or the "Level". There is plenty of technical material, but no automated syllabus to put you through it. You have to seek it out and go through it yourself. A good teacher would add it too your learning path, as part of mastering each level. Yousician does not. You would think items like scales and arpeggios and the "Workout" modules would be sprinkled amount the Levels much more than they currently are.
