Qick settings for toggling the metronome, song playback and the bouncing ball and click & drag for tempo
I like it that I can toggle the metronome and song playback, but the options are hidden behind too many clicks, and the tempo is clumsy to adjust on pc. I would like to have them on f.ex. sidebar when paused at least on pc where the screen estate is not a problem.
I'd like to be able to toggle the bouncing ball in a similar manner.
Additionally, the tempo adjustment would be the easiest to do with click & drag method, like Adobe style - you click & hold or tap on the setting, drag to left/down to decrease…

Add explanation for why a two-fingered G power chord is different to a three-fingered one
I'm only a beginner (just reaching level 5 on all three disciplines), so perhaps this does get covered in the music theory section but so far there has been no explanation of why I should contort my fingers with the index on string two, the middle on string one and the ring on string six to play a G chord, instead of just using string one and string two two frets down. They both sound similar, which is obviously why Yousician accepts them as identical. It's the same for some other chords, too.

Not lose score when skipping the instrumental parts.
When we skip the instrumental bits of songs, our singing score goes back to zero. Please could this be changed?
Thank you
1 voteHi,
We are sorry for that! This was not by design but rather a temporary technical issue that has now been fixed by our team.
If you’re using the latest app update, we are confident this should no longer happen.

Lesson embedding?
Been thinking how cool it would be to have a tutorial lesson embedded in the song that would pause a song (optional - maybe just the first time through replayable) to help learn why it moves a certain way (say to the 7th or perhaps an unexpected shift to a new chord).

Reduce tempo in mission exercises when "play" so can get it right and move on to more advanced mission techniques
As move up the missions they get more difficult and the tempo increases significantly. Perhaps because I am older (sad to say), the reality is I will likely never be able to play some of the pieces required to 'pass' the mission at the recommended tempo. So my option is to ignore the missions and just go the Tutorial video section, but then I do not know what songs/exercises support improving the skill presented in the video. I can think of various ways for Yousician to address this e.g. allow us to see the exercises recommended for missions that we…
