Teach improvisation
There could be levels that teach improvisation. There could have been a backing track and the players should play their own melody for it. For example, first there could have been two notes that the player can choose, and the program could sign if the player plays different note. Then there could be more notes.

It would be nice to teach the basics of how to do improvisation/creation of melodies in knowledge path or elsewhere

May I add that this is a great opportunity to teach styles of music as well.

The note sets should be chord tones. You're given a chord, and you're supposed to use the notes that make it. Later on, one could move on to extensions. Passing tones, dunno how those would be evaluated.

i want to learn improvisiation.
i want knowledge path to be improved so may teach about improvisiation ideas. -
