Especially on a Bass one can use a 1, 2, 4 finger for the step-wise using the fret in the lower fret position and 1, 2, 3 finger for the step-wise using the fret in the high fret positions.

Of course, at what fret positions someone like to change from 1,2,4 to 1,2,3 fingering is a very personal thing.

Therefore it would be nice to be able to adpat the finger coloring to the personal preference.

I would love that. I do not know why, but i am never able to associate the proposed colors to the good fingers, it is unintuitive for me and when trying to play a bit faster, the default colors make me use the wrong fingers

I would really appreciate this. Like I used to do with a pencil in my piano books to the suggested fingering.

Colour is wrong in some exercises like Duct Tape Tango - where first position and fourth position are meant to be used as per the exercise description - yet during the exercise the finger colour is for the little finger when it shouldn't be.

exactly my thought, it's sometimes not even by playing style, but just plain wrong in the exercises... i would sure love to be able to put in the effort to change them myself and even upload to a user group. really like yousician though, the paid account has brought me much joy already, but please get the colors right...

I am mildly colorblind and I find it difficult to see the difference in color between the middle and index fingers. They both look bluish to me. Can you add a feature where you can optionally change the color coding to a different color coding or even a different style of coding such as checkerboard, cross-hatching, horizontal lines, vertical lines, diagonal lines, polka dots, etc?

We need this to be also offline for more practice...like a separate campaign where is for offline mode

I've asked for this option in GuitarBots and Yousician forums..I think having an option to edit and save the fingering colors is still a good idea... I also suggested that we be able to share these edits with others.... because there are often different ways of doing the same things... and in this way the players could kinda help each other out, without giving the developers more work... being able to default them would be a must ...
