Bends
I would love to see bends in the game.
That would be a major improvement, as it is (as far as I know) the only technique missing and finally it would be able to upload guitar pro files, without them being simplified.
What would be great is to have feedback on the bends. Did I bend to much, or not enough (pitch). To early or to late (timing).
You could use a sine-like graph (pitch against time) above the tab were the desired bend is shown. In this graph you also plot the pitch actually played. So you can immediately see what you did wrong or where there is room for improvement.
This would be a life changer for me!

The Guitar syllabus version 2 is now out including the following updates:
- Complete intermediate course with levels 6-10 including new songs and new techniques (e.g. bends);
- Improved Basics course (levels 0-5);
- New game modes, e.g. chord trainers and lick trainers for all levels;
- Around 80 new tutorial videos.
