When are you guys planning to introduce the left handed option?
Hey, come on we really need that option!

Hi awesome Yousicians,
We are excited happy to announce the introduction of the left-handed mode! Using it is as simple as launching the app, going to Settings and toggling the “Left-handed mode” at the bottom of the page.
Give it a try and follow the link below to contact support if you come across any issues with the feature:

I love this app and want to upgrade but won't until there is a left handed option. I'm also concerned at the amount of posts on this topic and no one from the company actually responding....

This question was posted in May 2015, and it still has not been addressed. 15% of people are left handed. It cannot be very hard to add this option. Why are you neglecting this many potential users?

I'm quite beginner for guitar playing and maybe because of that i think i need as much extra help as i can. I also tried to play with RockSmith and there is possibility to setup view as left handed. It's makes the playing much easier.
So my opinion is that LH option is necessary to get the best result with easiest way. -

Is there no developer or admin who can give some informations about a left handed version? They announced it about a year ago, and there is still not a single comment if/when it is implemented. Dont think it will ever come out.

Interested until I see there's no left-handed option. I'll pass and keep looking.

Some left handed support would be great. I finally loaded the app back up on my PC since bass is now supported. Really disappointed to see that left hand support still doesn't exist. Maybe I'll come back in another year. Maybe not.

I just contacted these guys and was asking them about this left-handed view question and they sent me over here, so here I am. but I'm with you guys they need to put in a left-handed view so you can properly see finger positions on the correct string line up. right now the strings are upside down and this is nuts, it's so hard to decipher where your fingers are supposed to go, when you're looking at this upside down like we're all a bunch of left handed dyslexics. Isn't it bad enough that we have to pay extra to have a guitar that is left hand, although there's a lot more options now than there was back in 1978 for me anyway. The skinny is that they're working on this and they're supposed to provide this feature soon, so there you go that's what they told me. You kids have it so easy now and days, back in the day when I was first learning they didn't have an Internet or computers to learn on you had to learn the old-fashioned way from books or music stores and a right handed guitar that was upside down, why was I cursed, to be born in the Stone Age, Hehehe.

I gave this idea three votes only because I couldn't give it all 10.
I was all excited to get to work on the trial portion, with an eye to getting a subscription, but as you've been sitting on a LH mode for months with no sign of progress or expected updates, I'm afraid I'll burn my allotted trial period frustrated that everything's mirrored.
It's hard enough to learn the guitar without also having to learn to transpose fingers.
Good thing I'm married. I'd have no shot at picking up chicks playing as poorly as I will when the trial is over.

Left handed people get left out. I look at it this way, that a right handed guitarist being told to play left handed as if the left handed was normal like the right handed is and everything like apps to guitars are made for the left handed world since everything is reversed to them like it is for left handed people now, and instructors say it is OK to learn to play left handed it maybe a little awkward at first but you can learn to play left handed. And since all the apps are made for left handed guitarist and you are right handed how would you feel? All I am saying is put yourself in our shoes that are left handed. I think there definitely needs to be something for left handed people with this app and not leave us out.

Seriously? You've been working on a LH version for how long now? People will pay and you keep shirking this market

I've watching one of the very first videos and already it's hard to have to swap everything over. Especially since I'm also trying to play upside down. (Easier than switching all the strings on my uke) I've got to change so many of the instructions in my head I can't even understand what's being taught.

Yes, yes yes YES!!!! Would happily upgrade if you had a left handed version. There are thousands of lefties out there and you would have a lot more happy customers if you had a LH version. Yousician is not me I'm afraid until you get a LH option.
