Wait for the right note to be played
the app will wait for the right note to be played before the song or lessons resumes.

Not having this feature makes it way harder to learn a new song. So much so that if other apps like Flowkey have the same song, I start learning it there before switching to Yousician. Yousician is much better at giving precise feedback about rhythm/timing, and having a high score for the piece is a nice way to track progress. Maybe as I get better just slowing the tempo down will be sufficient, but for now not having the ability to pause until I find the note makes the initial part of learning a song very tough in Yousician.

This is exactly what I was going to suggest. After trying to play the level 7 Canon in D, I just want to practice the first part, note by note.

That would be fantastic. such as a setting easily accessible like the type of note setting. where you would choose for the notes to move on their own speed or move as you play each note.

As a more intermediate player, this would help a lot with the speed practice in lead guitar.

i would like to sea a practice mode similar to Synthesia, where the note don't move automatically in a timeline, instead if you tap the correct note, the melody get played giving you all the time you need to practice like in this video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-sch7xzadwQ
