Multi user licenses/School subscriptions for schools
Dear Yousician
Congratulations on developing an outstanding product. Every year I tell students, teachers, school leaders, governors, parents and other musicians about your services with rigor and passion.
Many products for schools have multi user licenses available. Yousician is a superb and cost effective product with many admirable features however, I feel we may be choosing to miss a trick here which will undoubtedly make Yousician the most powerful practical teaching resource for a diverse range of students.
Yousician is adaptive when teaching 1to1 but when teaching a class of 30 through a single profile, it is adapting to some average ability of the class when we know that any given class may have a remarkable range of abilities due to a variety of factors. While other schemes that do allow students to progress at their own rate encourage independent learning at all levels - no student gets left behind and no student is left waiting for others to catch up.
Hence the need for/and the incredible value of multi-user licenses.
I do understand that £9-£12/month is significantly cheaper than paying for 1to1 lessons and that there has to be a 1to1 buy in at some stage. If a student wishes to progress on their own then they must pay for their tuition. And the difference in running cost between 500-600 individual student licenses compared to a single 50% discounted teacher license makes it very clear that adaptive teaching is not your priority, yet as a teacher, I feel it is your most powerful feature and as far as I can see (and I look every year without fail), you're not selling it.
I propose adding an annual multi user license agreement to your product list - if only so I may buy it for my 560 students (in an area of high deprivation) and report back on the staggering progress we all know they will make. This can only make good business sense as undoubtedly some of these students will go on to buy their own licenses for continued home use, securing further year on year growth for your company.
Where the class room service you provide is currently exciting, I ask can it not be exceptional?
Yours most sincerely,
Malcolm Gayner

Man that's a shame Yousician aren't into it. I've just been Googling looking for a music app that has a multi-student subscription model. I think a lot of music teachers with large classes would benefit as you could then work with a small group on the instruments while the larger group are working their way through the app while they are waiting for their turn with the teacher.
I think passing on this idea because it has few votes from your user base of non-teachers is a bit shortsighted. How about courting a wider audience? Build it and they will come.

I teach music.
I could be nice, if my students would able to have the Yusician premium account for free.
This way students will not be charged.
Furthermore my students will not have limitations using Yusician.
Only the teacher could pay.
For example, on Noteflight Learn,
Noteflight Learn is sold as an annual subscription.
The price is $69 for 10 users, and each additional user is only $2.
Thank you.
