More music theory and technique exercises
Love the idea, but doesn't have much to offer an intermediate player looking to become more advanced (other than learning complex songs).
Add more exercises covering
*scales (modes)
*arpeggios
*sight reading exercises (read musical notation)
*music theory lessons
*lessons/workouts for improvisation
*chord trainers
*fingerpicking drills
*right hand notation drills
* bend drills
*double stop drills
etc etc

The arpeggios and scales section are great but you do need to add more exercises focussed (both with and without a guitar) focused on straight, flexibility, speed and a warm up stretching section. This will improve the playing skills of the student way faster also a hand health and tips (like the one you have for te singing lessons) would hep many ;)

I agree with this one. I found out with a couple of songs that there's an easier way to play the song if you know which finger to use.

Yes this would be great, also exercises for chords higher up the neck

Currently you only offer under “learn standard notation” drills in the first position. It would be great to have drills that go higher up the fretboard into the other positions, i.e. to learn the positioning of notes closer to the neck...

There's no music theory and I think you should actually try to do it good because on the App Store most of your 3-1 star ratings is because of this

I agree. Ive had a few teacher lead classes and fingering drills are better as warm-ups than melodies. Maybe expand the knowledge tree. By Mission 6 for Classical and Mission 5 for Pop, I am using youtube to explain motor skills. My body is in pain from trying to play rapid repeating keys on Jumpin Keys. The extra info would be great.

Very much yes, technical development needs clearly laid out development goals or integration to existing learning paths through obligatory supporting exercises, kind of a shadow learning path that runs along the missions.

I think they could make a tab in the app to learn arpeggios.

In practice mode you can only speed it up by 25%. Why? :/

Blues licks to practice bends, Double Stops and other stuff

There's a speed bar on practice mode that you can use to adjust the speed.

The workout section is one of my favorite parts of Yousician, and I would love it if there were (alot) more finger picking drills that Incorporate more chords and patterns instead of the same four chords. I know there are songs I can play for speed building and finger picking (and I do) but I REALLY enjoy the drills. PLEASE GIVE US MORE!!!

I miss this! No attention is given to the right hand fingers and hand position

Same here! Love the program but all of the attention goes to the left hand but none for the right hand. Why? You need t hands for plating the Guitar...

It would be great to have multiple speed levels for scale and appregio workouts (up to lighning fast). For example there could be five (or six) speed levels and you have to unlock the next one be getting all Gold-stars on your current level.
Also add workouts for more scales (like harmonic minor and non-diatonic scales) and diminished appregios.

Currently when I try finger picking drills/ songs, I only see the left hand details i.e the fretting hand. In addition to this if we include picking finger details such as Thumb (t) or 1, 2, 3, it'll be very helpful to to know which finger to use for picking.

Please, add a notation method for the right hand fingers. It would be great for a more accurate study of fingerpicking.

As someone new to the guitar, and with advancing years!, anything that will strengthen not only my fingers but also my musical knowledge and abilities would be most welcome. More trainers would certainly help, especially if they increased in difficulty to build you up for the songs that follow. If found especially the power offs/hammer ons trainers were too short, and I struggle with this aspect.

Agreed! I'm not interested in power chords and they annoy me, nor lead guitar. I cancelled my premium membership because of having to work through the power chords part to continue with the cowboy chords. I only want cowboy and chords really.

I would like to see a practice tab or room if you will that has scales training and warmups for fingering and speed etc. They could even be set as challenges i.e. a speed drill would go faster and faster until you can't keep up and leaders would be the fastest. That sort of thing to really exercise your demons.
