Yousician team should be more active with the community
I find it very surprising that Yousician can afford not to actively foster the community of users and customers they have. I don't really see any comments from the Yousician staff to any of these ideas posted by users (it's free product development feedback!), nor do I see Yousician being active on the discussion forums. I understand that some decisions like removing the user generated content may not have been popular, but typically I would at least expect some basic level of decency with a proper thank you for the feedback even if there are no plans to react as such. Especially for a start up company I find this level of arrogance disturbing. The easy solution would be to dedicate at least a little bit of time from someone in the team to browse through this idea site and the discussion forums in a similar way as you tend to respond to direct twitter comments.

Agreed it seems the interaction has dropped in the past few months, not sure i see the point of the feature request at all at this point.

I'm going to vote on this as well, I agree as of recently I noticed they are not even updating there weekly songs on the forum or the new premium songs that have came out.
We throw out suggestions that we don't know if they are hearing us or at least tell us, "hey we are going to be releasing our next big patch and this is what it will include!". Please Yousician if you are listening we want you to be successful if something else comes along the next Rocksmith/Yousician and people see that they can have a voice to make it better will go in that direction.

I completely agree, being a paying customer and not having the developers actively engage is poor form.

Agreed, I pay for a premium subscription. Not actively being involved in the forum by the moderators is really bad form, and it shows me that I may be throwing good money after bad.

Unfortunately they probably won’t even read this suggestion.

I agree with you. While the call center has been O.K. the developers seem to be deliberately trying to stay away from engaging with the user base.
It would be nice to know what they are working on with respect to these user requested updates. -

Respond to these requests. All of them seem wonderful, especially the ones about restoring custom songs.

They always respond really fast to me when I contact them.

Yes, I think that the decision if making user created songs private should be the worst idea ever. If you think this too, vote for my feature suggest "Make user created songs public".
