Pay once play forever

I suggest lifetime payment including the content to date. So yousician after that can sell packs of songs. This way is assured that yousician will post new content.

Before it was Yousician, it did have this feature, and I paid for it only to not have it honored once the name changed.

I want to buy yousician but i hate monthly payments and subscriptions. I don't care how much the lifetime subscription would cost but i want it. I own car, i own flat, i own land, i own computer, i own smartphone, i own all the things i have, why would i wanted to rent the software?

I notice that a number of your most loyal piano supporters are "peaking out" - and starting to turn to other software. This may be inherent in the software if there are not substantial improvements coming soon. It also suggests a natural path of rotating approaches. If this is the case, you might offer lifetime subs for the price of 2 or 3 years.. In my case, I want to support u but am unsure if i would renew at the regular rate for another year. Best always.

Allow for single up-front payments by either Visa or Paypal with *NO* automatic renewal.
The user should be able to choose a period, 1-month, 3-months, 6-month, 12-months.

Online subscriptions make me feel like I owe money and I don't like to owe. I would rather make a onetime payment and own it for life.

The question is what will guarantee they will keep posting fresh content if they roll that way?

There's a great website for learning Japanese, WaniKani.com. They didn't have a lifetime subscription at the time I wanted to use it a few years ago. A few months ago I came back to it to see that they added a lifetime subscription and I immediately used it. This feature is needed here as well. I don't like the concept of indefinite monthly payments. I'd rather pay up once and forget about ever needing to use my credit card again.
