TABS for the songs in the missions.
Why aren't there any tabs for each song to look at? for example in the "details"-menu. It would make practicing and remembering them alot easier i think, if one could look at the song as a whole, not just as it flies across the screen. I'm on level 7 now and i don't think i remember 1 complete song from the missions..:/ - jaxxxn

6 years and still nothing about it. Sad though.

Long for it! Exportable or printable tabs would help a lot to think on a composition and to remember it. It is absolutely necessary for high level song.

I agree, it would be really good if tabs are available together with an mp3 or midi file of the accompanying music. I would pay for that.

hopefully this should implemented in the soon future.

I would like to have feedback from Yousician. My subscription goes on for a couple of months. If Yousician does not reply to this request or if they don't provide tabs for each song I will cancel my subscription. So much for a good business plan! I hope others will follow..

This feature won't be implemented because it would destroy business plan. Giving you the ability to get the tabs would give you the ability to practice endless without paying for that. You have to remember - the app don't want you to be better player. The app is intended to make money, which is quite understandable

Actually do Yousician folks ever come to this forum? This ticket is more than 1 year old and very highly rated, and it doesn't have any reaction from the support.

Cannot agree more. I'm on the level 7 too and also don't remember a single song. It's impossible to memorize when you can only see small bits of it at a time.

I would like this, possibly with a print option. I actually made some by copying from the current detail/chord page and pasting into photoshop layers. But it would be so much easiler if Yousician did the chart for you.
Here's an example jpg of one of my charts.

I fully agree with that too!!

I agree, there should be tabs. But there is a benefit from watching the scroll, since when I'm jamming with other musicians, there are never any tabs. So just watching what the others are playing in real time is the only way to go.

Tabs of the songs to play would be great as it would be easier to learn the song as a whole after practicing on the app

In the printed TAB version, the note values should use actual notes, so this will also teach students to read musical notation.
I find it very difficult to read rapid passages in the Yousician scrolling format. It makes me dizzy and my eyes blur. I can read music much more quickly and accurately when my eyes move and the page stays still. The scrolling format is wonderful for learning at a slow tempo. But when you play really fast passages you can't beat being able to glance at a printed page where the notes stay put.
I agree with what everyone else said about needing the whole printed page to understand the flow and composition of a song. Scrolling colored bars look like a video game. That's great as far as it goes. But we also need students to be able to understand music. Yousician has potential to be so much more than a toy if they can add some useful music learning features to it.

The brain can look ahead much further than two measures. I wouldnt change the current feedback system, but i would like to have the whole tab to look at in the details. The brain also has photographic memory, by looking at the whole tab you can remeber and learn the piece a lot better.

This feature would be great as i am on a level where it is the first time I've seen the song and the lesson is over so i cannot practice it because it is one of the test songs to advance to the next level

Apart from whether this is a needed feature or not, how does seeing tabs relate to remembering songs?
