Guitalele or transpose songs for guitalele
Would be great if we could transpose song (4 fret higher) to use with a guitalele. Or have a guitalele option. Seems There is a few people asking about in on the web but the idea is still not logged here

Different Colour for Early and Late
When the notes start coming faster it's hard to tell whether your being docked for being too early or too late on a note. A simple solution would be to have the text for early and late be a different colour.

More interaction with friends/followers
Following people would be so much better if you could interact with them in some way.
Message them to say good job or send a challenge, ask if they've tried a specific song. Would also be nice to view their profiles.
It would be great to have a "Search for Friends" that allows searching based on:
Player Level
Player's favorite Song Genre
Player's location (Country/State/Province)
Player's Age group
Players should have the capability to opt out of being search on.Share profile link to add friends

List the song tempo / rhythm and key
Just showing the tempo (number), rhythm and key for a song. When I'm trying to play a song in Yousician from memory, it would be nice to have this basic info.

Indication of when songs will be leaving the Platform
If songs are going to leave the Platform withing 30 or 60 days, it would be great to know that, so that we can choose to practice those songs or skip them outright. Might also be useful to be able to see songs that are no longer available...just grey them out.

no scroll option
the app makes you lazy about tracking where you are on the page.
please can there be an option for the music to be static and you have to keep track of where you are yourself, a bit more like traditional learning.

Show Strumming patterns
It's be nice if strumming pattern was listed so I could try and memorize it. At bare minimum make it easier to fallow while playing a song, its hard to fallow if it's suppose to be up or down while trying to learn cords and change cords. Could simple mark them at the top with a D or a U. Even making a better arrow for up or down in black not the same colour just a different shade like it is.

Button to see all the chords in the entire song on one screen
I want there to be a button to be able to see all the chords used in the song before I play it.
I can not remember all chord names but I like to view them all on screen prior to playing. To practice switching between them.
Afterwards I go and play the song being well refreshed in all the chords used.62 votes -
Customize auto tempo settings in Practice mode
I want to change the auto-tempo increase to make it much better for improving practice and accuracy.
The problem is that sometimes moving 5% ahead each time is too much and too fast for a difficult passage or difficult song.
For the tempo, currently there are only two choices, auto-off and auto-on which moves it 5% ahead if you get a certain number of green notes, or stays the same, or slows down if many red notes.
Here's how we change it:1) Change the "auto increase/decrease percent" e.g. from 1-10%.
2) Change "accuracy to change speed" such as 98%…

Ukulele Knowledge Path!
I've just come back to the app after a few months away and really appreciate the new missions that have been added but the feature that I've wanted the most is still missing - the ukulele knowledge pathway! Any update on when this will be ready? It's been "coming soon" for months :P

Option to Hide or Show always notes/chords
I wish there was a way to help me improve memorizing song tabs.
Perhaps one way to do this is to hide a fraction of the notes randomly at a rate that is configurable. Maybe easy version would only show you which string the note is at but not which fret.
I think there is a great potential here for Yousician to help members improve not only playing skills but also memory skills.57 votes -

When playing songs, we need to have an idea of what scales are used there, so we can get used to how scales sounds in real music, and understanding what are the common or most used patterns in each scale

Options to change background color and graphics
So, When I am trying to practice piano, I either used the enhanced notes or the standard notes. But either way, If you're playing a higher or lower note that goes off the staff, it's impossible to see against such a dark background, especially if you're playing on a small screen like your phone. Also against that dark blue background lines through the notes (like C, for example) are virtually invisible. I don't have this issue in perform mode, because that light blue color is fine. Bass is neglected
Bass program is very much behind compared to other instruments, to the point it feels like it was tacked on to make up instrument numbers.
1* Bass is behind on amount of Learn Mission courses, and lacks the more in depth instructions that is offered by other instruments.
2* There is no Learn Workouts Skill Builders: master essential techniques, which offers learning standard notation; ear training; scales; drills ect.
3* there is no Learn Courses.
4* Song release is terrible compared to other instruments or guitar. Sometimes bass goes weeks without a new song while guitar is a lot more…55 votes -
Add metronome in 'perform' mode
whenever you are playing a pro show you use in ear professional stage wireless monitor system so I think is a MUST to have while practicing song in real speed.

Swap/change songs of similar difficulty
when doing the set levels, if you really don't like a song it would be nice if you could swap it to a different choice that teaches the same skills, or maybe if you could have two choices of songs or something. especially for set levels which have premium songs, it would be good to choose between a few premium songs so you aren't potentially learning songs by bands you really don't enjoy/agree with

Mark songs as undesirable
I have been stuck at the same songs for the lesson and explore portions of the guided lesson, which I try to do everyday because I really enjoy that format. I would like to be able to tell the app that I want specific songs to now come up again for the guided lesson so I can move on to other songs and then go back to the ones that gave me trouble when I feel I've improved and would be able to play them instead of being forced to play them over and over, day after day.
