Practice Techniques Related To Specific Songs
Considering that premium members are able to practice songs that are available on Yousician, I think an awesome addition would be to add an option to have something like the guided lesson, only you would choose a song(s) that you want to learn specifically and the "guided lesson" will choose lessons that are related to those songs. An example would be: "American Pie". That song required three cowboy chords and strumming, so the "Guided Lesson" will have you practice those before having you play that song slowly.

A special list where users can add song fragments / licks to learn
I'm currently learning Level 9 Lead "Building speed". In a song there are always a few small parts / licks that are extra difficult, so I put these licks in a loop and repeat these until I can play them with 100% speed. Then search the next difficult lick of the song. Place the loop markers again. And so on.
If you change between songs, these loop markers dissapear and you must search the lick again, place the loop markers again, reduce the speed again.
It would be nice to have a special user list "licks to learn". You can…

Guitartuna: Modes & Scales Library
I can't tell if this has already been requested or not, due to mixing of feature requests for different apps on one site.
I'm a new GuitarTuna user, and my request is for that app only (I'm not a Yousician user). I recently purchased all the unlocks and am loving the app. The chord library is super useful.
I would just like for there to be a modes & scales library as well.

Rhythm Guitar 6 Song: Summer of Love
Level: Rhythm Guitar 6
Lesson: Fancy Chords
Task: the last one (Summer of Love)I’d recommend a reconsideration of this last song in the level. It’s impossible to play when you’re level 6. Some of the chords had no earlier training (none at all). And the 3-string strumming of some chords is really confusing. I had felt good about my improvement until I tried to practise this song, gave up on it, and moved on to the next lesson. I revisit it from time to time, only to get frustrated and demotivated all over again. I feel like I’ve been…

Discipline Icons for Guitar/Piano/Ukelele/Bass/Singing
Make icons next to the song titles in the song lists, that represent if a guitar/piano/ukulele/bass/singing version also exists for that song. So if you cross train piano and vocals or ukulele and vocals
etc., youu know which songs have a counterpart in the other discipline.9 votes -

Recorded attempts/Detailed view
The idea would be having the app memorize the last and/or best attempt for each song. This would allow the user to compare the current run with either their best and/or their last attempt and see at which points they failed and what needs improvement. Two points come to mind on how to use this feature:
1. The recorded attempt could show as kind of a "Ghost" attempt while you play alongside your current attempt, giving you real time feedback on where you're improving or what needs more practice.
2. At the end of each attempt, allow a detailed review…3 votes -
Direct scrolling
Hello,
I find it quite frustrating that in the ios user interface you can’t scroll directly from the score and have to use the bottom control. It is not precise and if you want to just go back few beats without loosing tack it is not possible. It would be great to be able just to scroll back directly from the score.

Synthesizer sounds for Piano path
The MIDI piano sound is currently set to a default 'piano' sound only, it would be great if users could select their own sounds from a palette of presets, or the sound would be switched according to the song style you play (e.g. when you're playing accompaniment, it changes to a string ensemble, for example)
It's always possible to connect an external synth, in which case Yousician can send the appropriate MIDI Program Change messages to select the proper sound which is bundled with the song.

Musical notes and hearing
Musical notes lessons show different color notes as buttons. but adding the actual note in it would be helpful to improve musical hearing and remember notes with the actual sound.

Loog - 3 String Guitar
Please support the loog guitar (3 strings) i. Your app. I recently purchased a loog for my 6 year old because he wanted to learn to play the guitar and play it for his kindergarten class. It's a cool guitar although their app stinks. I tried many other apps but really liked yours. Some songs work but most don't, since he is using a different instrument not supported by your app.
You have a great app, cheers!8 votes -
Whistling module
My brother suggested that there be a whistling module (I'm thinking in Singing would be perfect), to help learn how to whistle in tune and I think that would be awesome! I've always been confused about what octave to whistle in, and it'd be great to learn to how follow music whistling, and I'd love to learn!

Give partial credit on chords with some dead strings
I think that giving partial credit on chords with some dead strings - say, points for the strings/notes that were heard/picked up/played correctly - could go a long way toward maintaining positive reinforcement. Many new players really struggle with chords, and have the app continually cut them off mid-song because they had too many things not perfect may be too frustrating. They should get some credit for getting things mostly right. This would allow for more fun due to a higher chance of reaching a high score each play through.

personal teacher and body posture training
it seems a lot of it is doing myself going through the lessons blah blah blah. there's no feedback theres no teacher. maybe make a way for the community to learn together or even teach each other afer a certain level. have some sort of human connection other than the challenge and the "leader borad for songs"
